After escaping Fisk's labyrinth Spider-Man and Daredevil make it back to New York where they regroup with Nick Fury, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, Jessica Jones and Hawkeye. Now with the knowledge of Fisk's return and his connections to Zemo, the team knows they have to act fast before the war becomes a full on takeover. They meet up with Punisher's crew, Iceman, Black Widow, Black Panther, and Wolverine and let them know this isn't just a war. Everyone gears up while Matt tries to talk Spider-Man out of taking the symbiote into battle but Spider-Man refuses to let go. They arrive at the new Fisk Tower and launch a full scale assault. They find Fisk who has been harboring Zemo and Zola. A fight breaks out and they manage to arrest Zola but Zemo and Fisk make it to the top of the building where they try to escape on the helicopter but Spider-Man using all his strength grabs the helicopter and pulls it back but when they use the boost, he has to use the full power of the symbiote to encase them. This results in an explosion sending Peter Parker and Zemo tumbling all the way down. Fisk manages to get a hold of the ledge of the tower and pull himself back up but he's arrested. Matt realizes the symbiote is on the ledge and not with Peter, meaning they don't know if he survived the fall.
