Fan Casting "Believe It or Not" in The Ultimates: Reign Of Unicron

During a field road trip through a desert in Los Angeles, substitute high school teacher Ralph Hinkley meets with FBI Agent Bill Maxwell, who are met by aliens. They want the two to work for them. To that end, they gift Ralph a special superhero-like suit which will give him unearthly power. Unfortunately, Ralph unknowingly drops the instruction book. Whoops.
