Norman Osborn is alive and breaks out of prison with Doctor Octopus, Electro, Sandman, Kraven the Hunter, and Vulture. While the Ultimates and Fury's Avengers fight in each other in a full out war, Peter goes back and forth between helping Captain America and the Ultimates and capturing his greatest enemies.
