An anthology depicting the Batman character in three different time periods; the early 1950s, mid 1970s, and late 1990s.
The first story is a film noir depiction of Batman in which he solves crimes and engages in conflict against organised crime in Gotham.
The second story is an upbeat and adventurous as Batman battles the Joker with the help of his trusty sidekick, Robin.
The third story is a lot harsher and grittier depiction where we see Batman brutally enforce his laws towards the criminals and citizens of Gotham.
