Francis Capra (born April 22, 1983) is an American actor. He is best known for the roles of Max Connor in Kazaam and Eli "Weevil" Navarro in the TV series Veronica Mars.
The franchise focuses on the cannibalistic spree killer Leatherface and his family, who terrorize unsuspecting visitors to their territories in the desolate Texas countryside, typically killing and subsequently cooking them.
