During Frankenstein's tenure at university, he noticed his fascination and obsession with human anatomy, and the secrets behind life, and even nurtures it, although he remains unaware of his experiments, and the true depths of his obsession. He attends the celebration on the eve of Victor and Elizabeth's wedding. After hearing that Victor has been convicted of murder, he feels great remorse over the fact that he may of had a hand in driving Frankenstein to it.
