Son of an American billionaire Howard Stark and a beautiful Spaniard woman Maria Carbonell, Antonio “Tony” Stark was the CEO of Stark Industries. During the IRAQ war, Tony was almost killed by one of his own weapons used by the terrorists. The incident costed him his heart which was substituted by an ARC reactor on his chest. When he returned home sometime later, he was eventually framed by Obadiah Stane. Saying that Tony Stark was playing both sides of the IRAQ war by selling his weapons to both US soldiers and IRAQ terrorists. Betrayed by his father’s own good friend, Tony Stark became the outlaw known as Iron Man sworn to destroy weapons made by Stark Industries that would do others harm as it did himself with the intent to clear his name and take back his company. When Obadiah Stane (as the Iron Patriot) partnered with Norman Osborne in a business alliance between Stark Industries and Oscorp, Iron Man and Spider Man joined forces to take the two evil CEO’s out.
