Trigger Inc. (Japanese: 株式会社トリガー, Hepburn: Kabushiki-gaisha Torigā), also known as Studio Trigger, is a Japanese animation studio founded by former Gainax employees Hiroyuki Imaishi and Masahiko Ōtsuka on August 22, 2011.
This story shows us several of Nintendo's most familiar faces fighting for their lives in different scenarios. Although this is all staged, they don't know that there is a powerful being known as the Master Hand... who created all of this for his own amusement, oblivious to the consequences such fights could cause. Therefore, these fighters will create their own resistance to defeat the Master Hand and restore peace to the various Nintendo universes.
