Kevin Michael Richardson (born October 25, 1964) is an American actor and voice artist who currently stars in The Cleveland Show. He is also well known for being the voice of Enclave communications officer and Tartarus in the video games Fallout 2 and Halo 2.
Mario and Luigi meet and quickly befriend Yoshi, as they join Princess Peach and Toad on an adventure into outer space and across the galaxy to face off against Bowser's son, Bowser Jr.
