It's 4 days before Princess Peach's Halloween party. Bowser wants to share something in common with her since "she's his girlfriend" (and he wants to get invited). So he notices that Peach has a hobby out of culinary expertise. So he decides to open a confectionary company called "Koopa Konfection". Pom-Pom, Larry, Wendy, and Iggy help him make the food and Iggy comes up with an idea of a Jelly-Bean game where a player has to spin a wheel, take the jelly bean the spinner lands on, and see for themselves whether its something yummy or yucky by eating it.
