A chiropterologist who used to work with Professor Milo. But after creating a formula containing bat DNA and tested on himself, Langstrom transforming into a massive bat-like creature, and became Milo's unwilling slave. He was sent to kill Task Force X, but later helps them when Ratcatcher's device can calm him down.
