Later Amanda Waller, who has built up a task force team approved by the U.S Government, has Rick Flag lead the team. Later Onslaught frees an old man named Fallout, who is basically a walking nuclear bomb. Now, the squad must fight Onslaught, who is secretly being funded by Charles Cosgrove to attack Washington on the Fourth Of July.
