Toshiyuki Morikawa is a Japanese voice actor. He was formerly affiliated with Arts Vision until he co-founded his own talent agency Axl One in 2011.
Because of his deep voice, he is often cast as imposing characters.
This is a possible cast and crew for the Star Wars Thrawn Trilogy, had the novels been adapted into animated feature films, or made this way from the start in the 1990's to present day.
