It's been a year since Susan taken down her stalker. He barely escaped, with an injury from his previous encounter with her. Now on the run from the police and Susan herself, he now moves to New York to stalk yet another teenage girl and wants to kill her as well. Jessica, the next victim, doesn't know she has a stalker. Meanwhile, Sheriff Brown has some information as to where the Stalker is. Notifying Susan of this, she gathers up her friends and goes to New York, along with Sheriff Brown. In NY, the Stalker is getting close to stalking Jessica until a final showdown between Susan and him, all the while Sheriff Brown getting Jessica to safety and putting the Stalker behind bars once and for all.
