Kel Johari Rice Mitchell (born August 25, 1978) is an American actor, comedian, dancer, musician, writer, and producer. He is best known for his work as a regular cast member of the Nickelodeon sketch comedy series All That.
After the events of The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie, when SpongeBob was on his way to The Krusty Krab 2 for his manager days, he tripped and he crashed into the ground. When he woke up, he found himself in another Bikini Bottom, where everyone forgot who he was. Plankton successfully stole the Krabby Patty Secret Formula, and was planning on world domination.
