A seemingly normal if clumsy guy going to a high school in Houston is taken on a weeklong field trip to Big Bend National Park. Traveling by bus out, he notices another girl brooding about her missing boyfriend. The boy and ten girls find eleven out of twelve colorful gems whilst hiking up in the Chisos Mountains. The girl brooding over the disappearance of her boyfriend finds he must have taken one of the other gems. Before they can think, our eleven main heroes are warped across space to the eponymous planet of Sularus in the distant Rho Aquarii system. Using their gems to generate new clothes, they generate new superhuman abilities and multicolored suits of powered armor similar to the Halo series’ MJOLNIR Mark VI Spartan Powered Assault Armor. Given a teeming cache of weapons and some all-terrain vehicles similar to the Warthog, our heroes must navigate and brave the dangers of Sularus. If they can unlock the mysteries left by the Sularans and find a missing boyfriend, they may be able to get back to Earth...
