Peter Parker, a bullied teenager, gets bitten by a radioactive spider, and gets powers from it. But after one mistake gets his uncle killed, he decides to become the hero known as Spider-Man. He signs up for an internship at Oscorp, with his mentor being Dr. Curt Connors. When Dr. Connors injects himself with a lizard formula created by Norman Osborn, the head of Oscorp and goes on a rampage, it's up to Peter to put on the mask of Spider-Man and save not only the city, but Dr. Connors life, with help from his friends Gwen, Harry, and Eddie.
