Maximus was an established criminal who made the FBI’s most wanted list before escaping to Mexico, where he became a powerful mob boss with superhuman strength & durability and his signature scorpion-stinger metal chain. Eventually, he would come into possession of Mac’s old Scorpion suit, making Maximus far more intimidating and dangerous as a result.
