Age 16, the son of retired criminal Shades. When Shades decides to go straight and marry his girlfriend, Reina Alvarez, he becomes a community organizer who fights for decent housing in Hell’s Kitchen with help from his son. But when Norman Osborn killed multiple residents of Hell’s Kitchen in an attack to make room for a new Oscorp building, Victor was the only survivor and gained the ability to use chi in combat after absorbing the remains of his father’s trademark shades.
