Age 49, a vigilante suffering from dissociative identity disorder who is empowered by the Egyptian god Khonshu to become his avatar. A former mercenary who died at the hands of a fellow soldier in Egypt, Marc was brought back to life by Khonshu to serve as a hero of justice and avenger of the innocent alongside his other three personalities: meek but kindhearted Steven Grant, the sophisticated and confident Mr. Knight, and a shrewd & ruthless taxi driver named Jake Lockley. Although Moon Knight demonstrates a high level of knowledge of martial arts and is a skilled boxer, no one knows whether he really is the avatar of Khonshu or if he’s just crazy.
