Age 49, a genius scientist and Gwen Stacy’s uncle specializing in genetic modification and cloning. After Gwen is severely injured during a battle between Spider-Man and the Green Goblin, Miles decides to take revenge by injecting her with spider DNA and turning her into his personal Spider-Man to get revenge on Peter. He would also create numerous clones of Peter, including Ben Reilly and Rek-Rap, to ruin his reputation, but the two would rebel against Warren and help the real Peter save the day.
