Age 39, an alt-right media personality who worships Captain America. William has a YouTube channel called “CommieSmasher,” where he rants about minorities destroying America for the entertainment of his legions of followers. Although he was very controversial for his blatantly biased views and is frequently ridiculed across the Internet for being a fake Captain America fan, HYDRA saw potential in William and believed his backward views would make him a perfect fit for their organization, injecting him with their own Super Soldier Serum to turn him into an evil version of Captain America.
