Age 45, an evil alternate universe version of She-Hulk residing on Earth-895, a distorted Earth created when Paul Rabin made a deal with Mephisto to alter reality so that he could steal Peter’s life and eliminate anyone who dares stand against him. Much like the main She-Hulk, Jennifer was transformed into She-Hulk after a lifesaving blood transfusion with her cousin Bruce, but after realizing that Jen retained her intelligence in her Hulk form just like him, he performed torturous experiences on Jen to find the answer, eventually reducing her into a traumatized & misandrist violent brute who looked more like Hulk in a bad wig. At the same time however, Jen vastly prefers her current form to the person she once was as now she can finally make people afraid of her after suffering years of misogyny and harassment.
