Age 18, a young woman who can create daggers made of light and the partner of Cloak. Although Tandy was born into a luxurious lifestyle where she got pretty much anything she wanted, the only thing she never got was the love of her parents, as her father left the family to seek enlightenment in India, and her mother cared more for her career and finding a replacement husband than caring for her daughter. While Mrs. Bowen’s latest husband was a nice man named Phillip, Tandy didn’t reciprocate the love and ran away to New York, leading her to meet Tyrone Johnson after he tried to steal her purse before the two were abducted by the Maggia to be experimented on. In contrast to Tyrone’s control over darkness, Tandy controls both the Lightforce and natural light.
