Physically age 37, a clone of Peter Parker created by the Jackal to frame Spider-Man and help Jackal get revenge for his comatose niece Gwen. Endowed with the same powers as Spider-Man and all his memories, Ben Reilly initially believed that he was the real Peter Parker and Peter was the clone, leading the two to fight for the right to call themself the real Spider-Man. Once Ben realized he was the real clone and helped Peter stop the Jackal, Ben became a hero in his own right and turned into Mayday, Annie, and Richie’s own Uncle Ben, only minus the tragedy that cost Peter his Uncle Ben.
