Age 61, a former mentor turned rival of Doctor Strange and rogue student of the Ancient One. Mordo initially approached the Ancient One after his family was killed so he could learn magic to avenge their deaths. While he became an excellent sorcerer under her tutelage, Mordo’s refusal to compromise his morals and willingness to kill his enemies eventually caused him to leave the Masters of the Mystic Arts and take a darker path while forming a rivalry with his student, Stephen Strange.
