Age 21, a man with strange amphibian features who his parents abandoned as a baby for looking like a freak. Kingsley was then forced to grow up in the ocean, where he developed his natural abilities and gained powers similar to a certain king of an alternate universe version of Atlantis, like enhanced senses, telepathy, the ability to survive on both land and sea and psychic control of many sea creatures. Kingsley objected to the Squadron’s takeover of Earth but felt too afraid to speak out like Stanley Stewart.
