Seemingly disinterested in everything except the freedom of flying, Schenck has developed the colony's air infrastructure, but otherwise left the land and its people as is. Though apparently just a meek and reluctant Reichskommissar, there may be more to Schenck behind his tired eyes, something more startling behind his desires for freedom
