The film follows the life of Orpheus, son of the god Apollo and the muse Calliope, from his childhood, marked by the divine music he inherited from his father, to his love tragedy with Eurydice, a nymph who captivates him with her purity and joy. As their love grows, the dangers of the mortal world and the underworld loom over them. After the death of Eurydice by a poisonous snake, Orpheus descends to Hades, where he uses his music to soften the hearts of the gods. However, a broken promise condemns them to eternal separation. The film explores themes of love, loss, human fragility, and the power of music over life and death.
