Mark Stephen Moraghan (born on 27th January 1963) is a British actor, voice actor and singer. He was the last third-person narrator for Thomas & Friends in the UK and the US prior to the series switching to first-person narration by Thomas.
After seeing James tease Percy for being scared of the dark, Henry challenges James to take the Flying Kipper for him, but when James realises how smelly the fish are, he tries to back out by tricking Henry into thinking he was dreaming.
