An alternate version of Norman Osborne, aka Green Goblin, is revealed to be the MCU's Green Goblin. Suddenly, he finds himself meeting up with an alternate version of Otto Octavius, aka Doc Ock. Both of them team up and came up with their own version of the Sinister Six. This version of Norman Osborne was in the MCU, just slightly different. In this universe, he doesn't own Oscorp, and his wife isn't absent nor dead. Until, he reads a newspaper saying: "An skyscraper is now open for purchase!" He sees this opportunity to buy the building an start his company, due to being the resourceful millionaire that was fired from his previous job.
