The series follows the misadventures of Serena, a 10-year-old girl who moved from Kalos to San Francisco at a very younger age. Along with her friends, Serena often gets herself into various mishaps from drinking beer to encountering many other side characters, and even destroying property. Serena must also defend San Francisco from the nefarious Caillou, an evil bald 4-year-old boy and her archnemesis, from taking over the universe and becoming the greatest villain of all time.
