In the scene with Young Sonic, the little hedgehog was taken by Robotnik so he could be experimented on with one of the four Star Sapphires, which surprisingly only tickled him! The little tyke began running around the lab, destroying Robotnik's work! Then thanks to him knocking over some vials onto some electrical lines, the lab began to blow. Then that's the part where his parents begged Willow and Hunter to watch over Sonic.
