Fan Casting Alex Burgess in The Sandman (1996)

Alexander "Alex" Burgess is a supporting character in The Sandman. The son of Roderick Burgess, who inherited from his father both the leadership of the Order of Ancient Mysteries, and the burden of keeping Dream captive for decades, becoming obsessed with him. He eventually passes over leadership to his boyfriend Paul McGuire and lives out a haunted life until Dream’s escape.
