Harley Quinn, back from her mission with the Suicide Squad, runs into a now insane and more threatening Joker, and is forced to side with him to assemble Arkham's famous villains in a team to stop a bigger threat that's been summoned by Starro from the dark dimension, that threat being, The Batman who Laughs.
