Rugila is the ruthless warlord of a horde of horsemen, determined to find Shangri-La and take its powers for himself. Rugila has 7 eagles that he uses as attack-animals, controlling them with a magical pendant gifted to him by sorcerers. Rugila is the main antagonist. I imagined Rugila to be a totally different villain from Cortes and Tzekel-Kan.
