In the aftermath of Baron’s death, New York’s underworld enters a new era, one without balance, without rules, and without the man who once held it all together. But Alfredo Rinaldi remains firmly in control. Still respected, still decisive, Alfredo leads his family with authority, refusing to let chaos define his legacy. Yet even he recognizes that the war has changed. This is no longer a battle between families, it is a fight for the future of the entire underworld. Gino Taddeucci, pushed aside and powerless, turns to Frankie Luciano. Frankie and Paulie arranged meeting. Alfredo agrees to meet Gino as two men who understand that if Carlo is not stopped, there will be nothing left to rule. A fragile, unspoken pact is formed: Carlo Taddeucci must fall. Across the city, Carlo Taddeucci rises fully into power. After being approached by Angelo D’Onofrio, a frustrated Rinaldi soldier who believes he deserves more, Carlo sees opportunity. Recognizing his ambition and usefulness, Carlo personally recruits him, elevating him to street boss, turning him into both a weapon and a symbol of the new order. Soon after, Carlo gathers his full inner circle, the men brought together by Riccardo Bellini, whose quiet work began before this point. Carlo: “Now I have all my men here. It’s time to win this war… win this F city.” Tommaso Vitale is his consigliere. Mario Firpo continues his ascent as one of the most feared capos, proving himself through action and loyalty. At the same time, the betrayal of Angelo D’Onofrio, now fighting for Carlo, turns the conflict deeply personal. Driven by the memory of his father, Carlo Barone takes matters into his own hands. He leads a calculated strike deep into Taddeucci territory, eliminating several of Carlo’s men in a precise and brutal operation. A message of revenge. At the end Gino watch Alfredo with gun on head of Carlo. Alfredo looks at Gino and can't hust shoot him. Aldredo turns to Carlo: Get out! Move to Argentina and never come back!
