In the unforgiving American wilderness of the 1820s, legendary frontiersman Hugh Glass is left for dead after a brutal bear attack. Betrayed by John Fitzgerald and separated from his son Hawk, Glass must survive the frozen wilderness, severe injuries, hunger, and hostile forces as he begins a relentless journey for revenge.
This alternate 1965 version of The Revenant imagines the story as a dark, rugged Hollywood Western, with Lee Marvin as Hugh Glass, Jack Elam as John Fitzgerald, Charlton Heston as Captain Andrew Henry, Sal Mineo as Hawk, and Michael J. Pollard as Jim Bridger.
