After joining the Scarecrow in his mission to shape Gotham into his own image, Jason Todd has finally found someone with the same goal as his, that being, of course, to kill Batman.
Meanwhile, Bruce Wayne, who found out who the Red Hood really was through seeing his fight with Barbara Gordon through her mask, decides that it is time that he puts an end to Jason's acts of terrorism across Gotham and goes to the Justice Building alongside Dick Grayson and Clark Kent, better known as Nightwing and Superman, as well as Green Arrow, to try and steer Jason in the correct path. But will they succeed in doing this, however?
