Fan Casting Green Arrow in The Red Hood - Part III (Horror Movie)

While Jason Todd is fighting Bruce Wayne in the Mayor's Office inside the Gotham Justice Building, Roy Harper crosses paths with his old mentor Oliver Queen, better known as Green Arrow, and throws down his bow, saying, "If you want to shoot me for that arguement we had, just do it. I don't deserve to be forgiven for my actions on that day." But Oliver lowers his bow and replies, "Yes, you do, Roy. Now, let's get up to the roof and help your friends before they die."
