With Frank and Billy back in New York, Frank is trying to get back to his life before the criminal element, while Billy struggles to get money for himself. So in desperate times, Billy turns to his members of the unit for a crew, but when they target the daughter of a wealthy businessman, Frank goes on the run and has to avoid being caught by various agencies.
