Frank Castle was not the only man ruined by the acts of Howard Saint and his crew, David “Microchip” Lieberman got it bad. Similar to Frank, David’s wife and kids were killed infront of him by Saint himself. Now David helps Frank by supplying him with new weapons and gear.
