The story will have a younger cast, like a teenage cast or 20 something year olds playing as teenagers in college cause why not. Their ages will be different: they'll al be college teenagers to 20 something year olds. Some of the relationships will change, like Mary flirting with Norman and will actually sleep with her. The detective investigating Marion's disappearance will actually be Lila's cousin that she hasn't heard from in years. Also, Lila will be the older sister of Mary Crane instead of being her younger sister. After graduating from high school and looking after a motel that he's now a manager of, teenager Norman Bates has been experiencing some problems that he had ever since he was a kid. He thinks he sees things that are actually there, but really there aren't. His day goes by pretty normally until a teenage girl named Mary Crane comes to visit and stay at his motel for a couple of nights. Norman knows very little about this girl, and decides to get to know her better. But, Mother is always watching young Norman. After a few nights after the murder of her younger sister, Lila Crane soon comes into town and wants to know what happened to her younger sister. Hiring her cousin out as a P.I. and getting help from a few other people, the case closes in on Norman being the prime suspect. Running out of options to cover up the murder of Marion Crane, he will do whatever it takes to cover up what he's done, and to protect his own business.
