The Powerpuff Girls are back in action but this time they have a new ally who is a yellow Powerpuff girl. She was created by Professor Utonium when he accidentally spilled a new chemical called X-Plus into the same mixture that created the original trio. She has the power of super speed and she is eager to join the Powerpuff Girls in their fight against evil. However Mojo Jojo kidnaps her and brainwashes her into becoming his loyal minion and then he unleashes a wave of chaos and destruction in Townsville with the new Powerpuff girl as his weapon. The Powerpuff Girls must find a way to rescue Bella and stop Mojo Jojo before it is too late. Along the way they will discover the true meaning of friendship family and teamwork.
