Professor Utonium as he creates Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup, and how their initial uncontrollable use of their powers leads to them being ostracized after accidentally destroying Townsville. The girls then fall prey to Mojo Jojo's manipulative scheme to use their powers for his own world domination plot, forcing them to learn to use their powers responsibly and become the defenders of Townsville.
