Sumo Bros. are large enemies that appear in Super Mario World, New Super Mario Bros. U, & Super Mario Party that will stomp their feet on the ground and fire will erupt on the platform under the platform they are on. These characters can only be killed by swinging Mario's cape, a Starman, or a Koopa shell.
