After billy butcher lossing his wife, and the death of Greg mallory's granddaughters... he decided to make an organisation called "MIDNIGHT FELLAS" and he told Susan rayner that "He would make a team of heroes, anti-heroes and anti-villains" to taken down famouse Rouges Gallery and now... they assemble the team to defeat both VOUGHT and and other villains.
