Benedict Samuel (born April 15, 1988) is an Australian actor, writer, and director best known for playing Jervis Tetch / Mad Hatter in the Fox crime series Gotham and as Owen in The Walking Dead.
After defeating Black Mask and his lethal hitman Deathstroke, Nightwing the new Gotham defender must face the new gang of criminals who call themselves "The Gotham Freaks".
