Frank van Keeken is a writer, producer, and director known for My Perfect Landing, Lost & Found Music Studios, The Next Step, Wingin' It. As an actor he played Vegetable Lasagna in Seinfeld and a Nasa worker in Armageddon.
The series follows the members of a troupe from the titular dance studio, as they train for and compete in various championships, while dealing with rivalries and drama from other dance schools and even among the team itself.
