Cobra Commander is a fictional character and the main antagonist of the G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero franchise. He is the supreme leader of the terrorist organization Cobra and the archenemy of the G.I. Joe Team.
A group of heroes are accidentally brought together in the midst of a grand plot by The Monarch, and despite their differences, with the help of Forbush Man as the heart of the team, brings together the band of misfits to save the day.
